RETURN POLICY

USA Domestic Orders

To start a return, fill out the contact form or email us at info@senditcanna.com with your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging, returned within 15 days. All refunds and exchanges are subject to review.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. All refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.

Australia Orders — Please Read

Due to an overwhelming number of packages going out to Australia, we’ve seen an increase in lost packages. We are unable to provide refunds for any lost packages shipping to Australia.

If you place an order and your package is lost, we can send a replacement, but the customer is responsible for the replacement shipping fees. Orders of $300 and above will be replaced and re-shipped free of charge. Our sincerest apologies.
